Framing
Who does your framing? Your framing project is started and completed in our shop. We do all of our own work, with two exceptions: 1) Posters that are to be transferred to canvas are sent to a company that specializes in this process, 2) Plexi covers ("boxes") are created by another specialty company.
May I take samples home? You are always welcome to take moulding and mat samples home to see if the colors and styles are the right choices for your projects.
How long does it take to complete my work? Since we do all of our own work, we can usually meet your deadline. If you have a special date requirement, please let us know before we begin the design process, it will help us choose materials that look good and are readily available. Without any "rush" most projects are completed in 1 to 2 weeks.
Do you guarantee your work? It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with the quality of our work and the design chosen. If you have any question or concern about our artwork or custom framing, please let us know. We will make corrections or changes as needed to ensure you enjoy your artwork and custom framing for years to come.
Do you have sales on framing? We offer our best price every day. With our low overhead and personal service, you won't find a better custom framing value in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
Do you give free framing quotes? Written quotes are always offered without any obligation to purchase. Because all of our work is custom made, we can not give quotes over the phone, however, we may be able to provide a "rough guess-timate."
When are you open? We're open by appointment 7 days a week. Whether you just want to browse or need design help, tell us the time and day that's most convenient for you.
Why are you only open by appointment? We want to save you time and money. Retail frame shops have limited hours and when you get there, you may have to wait while they help someone else. Since we work with your schedule, you'll receive personal attention at a time that's convenient for you. And retail frame shops have expensive locations, so their prices reflect that. Our overhead is lower and we offer better prices every day.
Are "same day" appointments available? Same day appointments may be possible; we always try to accommodate your schedule.
Can I just walk in anytime? Sorry, to properly help everyone, and because our hours vary each day, we can not accommodate "walk-ins."
