How do I make a purchase? Most items shown may be purchased directly from our secure website. Select items from our online catalog and add them to the shopping cart. When you are finished making your selections, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked to fill in a few details to complete your order. All major credit cards are accepted. Some items are currently not available for purchase online. For these items, you will not see an “Add to Shopping Cart” button. Is shopping with Studio Art & Frame safe? Yes, very safe! We use the latest encryption technology to secure your credit card Our bank is the only organization that sees your credit card information.
What is your return policy? Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you will refunded in full (less shipping and handling) provided you send your order back, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of receiving it. You must contact us prior to returning any item to ensure that your return and your refund are properly processed.
How is my order shipped? Most orders, including ground and air options, are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. If you have a preference, please indicate which at the time you place your order. Shipping rates listed in our catalog include packaging, handling and insurance. Rates are updated regularly to reflect current conditions.
What if my order is damaged? Because we use sturdy packaging materials and techniques, it is unlikely that it will be damaged. But if your order is damaged upon delivery, contact us within 30 days. Save all the original shipping materials and container. We’ll send a pre-paid call tag to pick up the damaged order and will send another in its place (if available).
Is my personal information passed on to others? No. Your personal data is treated in confidence and is in no case passed on to third parties.
